Terms of Service
The terms that apply to pressentry.com and to every Press Entry selection, order and service.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to pressentry.com and to every selection, order and service bought from Press Entry, operated by AKT VENTURES LTD, 9 Park Lane Business Centre, Park Lane, Langham, Colchester, United Kingdom, CO4 5WR. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
2. What Press Entry provides
Press Entry provides press and media services, including preparing and arranging articles and coverage in third-party publications and outlets, including coverage that customers use as evidence in O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions. The outlets, packages and prices available are those shown on the site at the time you order. Where writing is included in a package, or bought as an add-on, we prepare the draft for your approval before submission.
3. Selections are not paid orders
Submitting a selection sends us your choices and details and may generate a selection email marked "NOT YET PAID". That is not a confirmed order and no work starts on it. An order is confirmed only when payment through Stripe has been successfully completed and confirmed to us by Stripe. If a selection is not paid for, we may close it without notice.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless the site states otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken through Stripe. Your order is not confirmed until Stripe confirms the payment. If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, we may pause or cancel the related work until the position is resolved. Prices may change from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you paid.
5. What we need from you
Accurate and complete information about you, your profession or company, and what you want written about. Any facts, credentials, achievements or claims you provide must be true and must be yours to use. We may ask for supporting evidence, and we may refuse or remove a claim we cannot support. Prompt review and approval of drafts when we send them to you. Delays in approval may delay submission and publication. You must not ask us to publish anything false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful, or anything that infringes another person's rights.
6. Publication and third-party outlets
The outlets that publish coverage are independent third parties. We prepare and submit your coverage with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that a specific outlet will accept, publish or keep an article live, or that publication will happen by a fixed date. Editorial decisions, publication timing, edits, removal and the continued availability of a published article are controlled by the outlet, not by Press Entry. Where an ordered outlet declines your coverage, we will tell you and, where reasonably possible, offer a comparable alternative outlet or apply the Refund Policy.
7. No immigration, legal or outcome guarantee
Press Entry provides media services only. We are not immigration lawyers or legal advisers, and nothing on the site or in our communications is legal advice. Published coverage is one form of evidence a petitioner may choose to submit; we do not guarantee that any visa, petition or application will be approved, and the decision always rests with the relevant authority.
8. Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or submit false selections or orders. Do not copy the site's content, outlet lists or pricing to compete with us or to misrepresent our service. We may suspend access or cancel an order where these terms are breached.
9. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, including a visa decision, lost business or lost opportunities.
10. Changes, complaints and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on pressentry.com applies to orders placed after it is published. If something goes wrong, contact us first at LISTINGS@THEPRGENIUS.COM so we can try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Consumer note: If you buy as a consumer, you keep all rights given to you by UK consumer law. The Refund Policy explains, in plain language, how refunds work at each stage of an order, and it does not remove those rights.
