Questions, answered plainly.
Including the ones where the honest answer is “no”.
Will an article guarantee my O-1 or EB-1?
No. USCIS considers the whole case, and published coverage is one form of potential supporting evidence among several. Your attorney decides how it is used.
Is 500,000 readers required?
No. There is no universal minimum. Audience and reputation are assessed in context, which is why we print the figures we have rather than a threshold.
Do I need an account to see prices?
No. Everything is priced publicly. We ask for your details after you buy, not before.
Is the writing included?
Yes, in every price on this site. There is no separate copywriting charge at checkout.
Can a contributor article count?
Potentially. Independent, substantive coverage matters more than whether the byline belongs to staff. What an adjudicator weighs is the publication, the substance and whether the piece is about your work.
Do sponsored articles and press releases count?
We do not sell those here as qualifying editorial evidence. Where a supplier offer is a sponsored placement or a press release, it is excluded from this catalogue.
How long does publishing take?
It varies by publication, and we quote only what a supplier has confirmed. Editorial schedules can move, and we will tell you when one does rather than let a date pass quietly.
Can my lawyer review it first?
Yes. You can export your package or publication selection as a summary and send it to counsel before you pay.
What if my chosen publication declines?
We will offer a substitution of comparable standing, or a refund of that line. The terms are shown before you pay rather than after.
What exactly am I buying?
Article preparation and coordinated placement. We develop the facts you give us into a draft, you check it, and we coordinate publication with the outlet. Paying for copy does not make the coverage independent journalism, and we will not describe it as such.
How are your prices set?
Wholesale placement cost plus $200 for the writing, plus our markup. The figure on the card is the figure you pay.
Press Entry provides article preparation and placement. We do not provide immigration legal advice and no listing here automatically qualifies as O-1 or EB-1 evidence, your attorney decides what is filed and how it is argued.
